The strategic mission of the ELEVATE initiative is to create a unified collaborative ecosystem between the state, local government, academia and the private sector that enables the development and testing of autonomous technologies, removing legislative barriers, fostering innovation and enhancing Slovakia's attractiveness to talent and investors.
AI is at the heart of digital transformation. In the ELEVATE project, it helps process large amounts of data, optimise decision-making and create autonomous systems capable of learning, reacting and predicting situations in real time.
We focus on testing unmanned systems capable of autonomously delivering packages, monitoring territories or intervening in crisis situations such as rescuing tourists in high mountain conditions. Pilot projects are testing their functionality under various factors and their interconnection with AI, logistics and real-time data centres.
The implementation of autonomous transport is one of the key pillars of the ELEVATE initiative, coordinated by the Slovak Ministry of Transport. The focus is on testing vehicles that can move autonomously, safely and smoothly in both urban and inter-urban environments.

We are testing an infrastructure that will enable autonomous systems to operate securely, efficiently and scalably in real time.

Bratislava – Staré mesto
DronyAs part of the ELEVATE pilot projects, we are testing the delivery of parcels in an urban environment, in cooperation with the Slovak Post in the Bratislava - Staré mesto test polygon. The aim is to verify the functionality and efficiency of these systems in the delivery of goods or documents, with an emphasis on their integration into the urban ecosystem.

Autonomous transportThe project of autonomous cars is under the responsibility of the Ministry of Transport of the Slovak Republic in cooperation with the Slovak AI development platform DIUSai. The pilot project is divided into 5 polygons, within which we will work on removing legislative barriers, verifying the functionality of the technology, and safe integration into the existing infrastructure.
Healthcare, Rescue, Logistics
DronyELEVATE focuses on integrating autonomous drones into the wider ecosystem. As part of the pilot project, we will be testing these drones in a high mountain environment in collaboration with the Mountain Rescue Service in the High Tatras Polygon.
